Your subconscious mind makes you feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable every time you try to do something new or different or change any of your established behavior patterns. The feeling of fear and discomfort are psychological signs that your subconscious has been activated. Forget about five or even 10-year plans; so many change over time that it's almost impossible to set goals that you can meet. Chances are that new or even better opportunities will arise, and even if your life doesn't look the way you thought it would, you'll do better because of that.
The subconscious mind is a database for everything that isn't in your conscious mind. Store your beliefs, your previous experience, your memories, your abilities. Everything you have seen, done or thought of is also there. Autosuggestion is the way to introduce ideas and thoughts from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind.

Driven by desire, your subconscious mind will do anything to obtain the object of desire. With this ability, you can influence your subconscious to work toward the goals that are important to you.
Learning to stimulate communication between the conscious and subconscious mind is a powerful tool on the path to success, happiness and wealth. So the key to mastery here is, first of all, to discover what's going on in your subconscious mind, so that you can make decisions about whether what's happening there is for your benefit or not.
